Dow is a dynamic and innovative Science and Materials Company committed to delivering exceptional service to our customers while driving profitability. As an Integrated Supply Chain Quality Specialist you will play a crucial role in managing the quality data for the Supply Chain locations.
Join us in contributing to the success of Dow managing the quality data at the supply chain locations and operational needs and collaborating closely with various functional partners.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering the quality data and making transactional movements for the inventoried materials in the SAP system so that logistics operations for those materials could be done effectively on time. This role will manage the operational needs and collaborate closely with functional partners (External Quality/Analytical Service partner Dow logistics team and Dow product quality team) to meet process and functional objectives.

Shift Requirement
- Primary Shift: EMEA 11:30 AM to 7:30 PM
Role Expectations & Skill Requirements
- Strong experience in:
- Data entry and transactional activities
- SAP ECC (mandatory)
- Operational discipline with high attention to data accuracy
- Strong follow up and coordination skills
- Customer Service / Supply Chain Systems (CSS experience relevant)
- Supply Chain support
- Quality operations
Responsibilities:
- Enter the material quality data received from the external service provider.
- Release inventory of the materials that meet quality specification.
- Make batch management related transactional activities so that the material is ready for shipment.
- Escalate unresolved issues such as missing or non-conforming results to business quality contacts for appropriate follow up.
Qualifications
- Required a bachelors degree.
- 3 years to 6 years of working experience in similar roles.
- Proficiency in information management software and tools including SAP.
Preferred Skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Operational discipline.
Additional notes
- The ability to deliver service within the service level agreement lead time is essential.
