The Systems Analyst 3 / Scrum Master is a senior-level professional responsible for analyzing business requirements designing system solutions and facilitating Agile delivery. This role combines technical analysis with Scrum leadership to support enterprise technology and data initiatives ensuring efficient delivery and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements workflows and system processes to identify improvement opportunities
Perform feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis of proposed solutions
Develop detailed documentation including user requirements system specifications and functional designs
Evaluate system capabilities and recommend enhancements or modifications
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand operational challenges and define solutions
Scrum Master Responsibilities:
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily stand-ups sprint reviews and retrospectives
Act as a servant leader to support and guide cross-functional teams
Remove impediments and ensure smooth delivery of sprint goals
Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement
Track and report sprint metrics team velocity and delivery progress
Support collaboration between product owners developers and stakeholders
Utilize tools such as Jira for Agile lifecycle management
Required Qualifications
8 years of experience in systems analysis and/or Scrum Master roles
Proven experience serving as a Scrum Master for Agile teams
Strong experience facilitating Agile ceremonies
Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve delivery impediments
Experience coaching teams on Agile methodologies and self-organization
Experience working on enterprise or large-scale IT initiatives
Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working on government or public sector technolog
