Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years technical experience in E&I projects with proven tender development ability.
- Diploma or degree in Engineering or Management.
- Strong construction and engineering contractual knowledge.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CCS (Candy).
Competencies
- Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated able to work independently.
- Strong multitasking ability with a track record of meeting tight deadlines.
- Integrity professionalism and a collaborative mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate E&I estimates and study tender documents specifications and drawings.
- Verify material take-offs bills of quantities and specifications.
- Conduct commercial adjudication of materials equipment and subcontract quotations.
- Develop complete cost estimates in line with company procedures.
- Participate in introducing new estimating techniques and conduct site visits when required.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement and quality assurance standards.
