We are seeking an experienced Chef to join our team at RAAF Williamtown. This role is ideal for chefs who enjoy bulk cooking consistent service delivery and working within a structured and supportive environment.

Prepare high quality buffet-style meals for lunch dinner and functions
Maintain food safety hygiene and HACCP standards
Support stock control inventory and kitchen organisation
Ensure consistency in food quality presentation and service
Work as part of a small team during daily operations

Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
Experience in commercial kitchens with bulk cooking and à la carte service
Knowledge of HACCP food safety and allergen management
Strong attention to detail and organisation
Reliable team-focused and safety-conscious

$29.46 per hour superannuation
