What to expect

The Product Operations Lead is a senior strategic role responsible for defining scaling and continuously maturing the product operating model across POL. Acting as a trusted partner to the Technology Product Director and the wider product leadership team this role will shape how the product organisation operates ensuring teams are equipped with the structures insights and governance needed to deliver high-quality outcomes at pace and scale.

Accountable for driving operational excellence across the endtoend product lifecycle the Product Operations Lead will play a critical role in implementing the Tech Product Directors vision leading crossfunctional alignment and advancing the organisation to its next level of product maturity. The role demands a blend of strategic thinking and handson delivery operating with high levels of autonomy and frequently deputising for the Technology Product Director.

What youll need to succeed

Extensive experience influencing and partnering with senior leaders to define and deliver functional strategy.
Proven success leading complex multistakeholder initiatives across large organisations.
Significant experience driving organisational change operational transformation or product maturity uplift.
Demonstrated experience as a senior Product Operations leader Product Manager or similar role in a complex technologyled or regulated environment.
Strong background in largescale business or technology transformations ideally within financial services retail or multisite regulated industries.
Deep expertise in designing and maturing operational frameworks processes and governance models.
Strong analytical and problemsolving capability with experience applying datadriven insights to operational improvements.
High comfort operating in ambiguity bringing structure clarity and alignment to complex challenges.
