Job Qualifications
- Academic Background
Technical degree or completed high school.
Certifications in training or instruction (desirable). - Experience
Previous experience training operational or technical personnel (desirable).
Practical knowledge of the production process or the area where training will be delivered. - Key Knowledge
Development of training materials (manuals presentations work instructions).
Continuous improvement processes.
Industrial safety and hygiene standards.

Job Summary
The Training technician must ensure the creation of a Good Workplace a Great Place to Work by developing and empowering the staff receiving training and collaborators (production operators). Additionally they must promote continuous improvement safe work practices and open and honest dialogue with their collaborators.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver technical training to production operators.
- Ensure proper understanding of work instructions and procedures.
- Develop manuals visual guides and presentations
- Update content in accordance with process or engineering changes.
- Standardize teaching methods.
- Conduct theoretical and practical evaluations.
- Certify personnel in critical operations.
- Comply with quality regulations.
- Support operators throughout their learning curve.
- Verify correct process execution in real time.
- Correct deviations and reinforce best practices.
- Identify skill and knowledge gaps.
- Manage skills matrices.
- Maintain evidence of certifications and recertifications.
- Prepare documentation for internal and external audits.
