Your Tasks
Ensure the reliability availability and proper operation of manufacturing equipment by performing preventive predictive and corrective maintenance activities guaranteeing operational continuity under Beiersdorfs safety quality and productivity standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive predictive and corrective maintenance activities on manufacturing equipment.
- Ensure the efficient operation of machinery and production systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical electrical pneumatic and hydraulic failures.
- Conduct technical inspections and root cause analysis to prevent unplanned downtime.
- Interpret electrical pneumatic mechanical and P&ID diagrams.
- Use measurement and diagnostic tools such as multimeters vibration analyzers pressure gauges and verniers.
- Maintain motors gear reducers valves pumps steam systems and process equipment.
- Perform work at heights and in confined spaces following safety protocols.
- Record work orders and maintenance activities in SAP.
- Ensure compliance with safety quality environmental and GMP standards.
- Participate in continuous improvement TPM and process optimization initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with production teams to minimize downtime and maximize equipment availability.
Your Profile
- Technical degree or Engineering degree in Mechanical Mechatronics Electromechanical Engineering or related field.
- Experience in industrial maintenance within manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of preventive predictive and corrective maintenance.
- Basic to intermediate SAP PM knowledge.
- Understanding of mechanical electrical pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Experience with manufacturing equipment pumps motors valves and steam systems.
- Knowledge of industrial safety procedures LOTO and high-risk work protocols.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Team-oriented with a results-driven mindset.
