| Responsibilities: | - Adhere to the highest standard of academic integrity and work in compliance with all University ECAC Hockey and NCAA rules and regulations.
- Identification recruitment and retention of elite student-athletes.
- Knowledge and experience to contribute to practice design & delivery positively impacting individual and team development.
- Mentor student-athletes to aspire and achieve academically and athletically.
- Facilitate individual and team video sessions.
- Analyze Quinnipiac and opponent game film in preparation of competition strategy.
- Ability to conduct high level individual skill sessions.
- Assist in organizing and coaching camps and clinics.
- Overall program administration including liaising with admissions and NCAA compliance offices.
- Assist with special projects and tasks as requested by Head Coach.

- Willingness to travel extensively and work evenings weekends and holidays as required by the competition schedule
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with individuals from varied backgrounds
