Theroleisresponsibleformanagingandobtainingthenecessaryexportlicensesandauthorizationsaswellassessingdocumentsandapplyingexportcontrolcodestoensuredocumentdistributionisincompliancewithexportlawsandregulationsin;UKUSAECandothercountriessuchasJapan.
YouwillworkcloselywiththetechnicalandadministrativeteamstosupportdocumentcodingcoordinationanddistributionofdocumentationsubjecttoexportcontrolrestrictionsandensurecompliancewithexportcontrolrequirementsoutlinedwithinthecompanysQualityManagementSystem.

KeyResponsibilities:

Ensurecompliancewithapplicableexportcontrollawsacrossrelevantjurisdictionsmaintainingawarenessofregulatorychangesandgeopoliticaldevelopmentsthatmayaffectriskorlicensingrequirements.
DevelopimplementandcontinuouslyimprovetheInternalComplianceProgram(ICP)policiesproceduresandrelatedQMSelementsforexportcontrol.
Ownandmaintaintechnology/commodityclassifications;determinelicensing/authorisationneedsforcompanyactivitiesincludinginspectionofequipmentusedinnuclearpowerstations.
Managethefulllifecycleofexportlicencesandauthorisations(applicationsamendmentsrenewalsandclosures)acrossrelevantcountries.
Maintainauditreadyaccuraterecordsforlicencesclassificationsscreeningsandexporttransactions;keepanorganisedexporttracker().
