Job Summary

At Sorigo we create digital IT solutions. Our areas of expertise include building digital products for business based on Microservices Big Data and Cloud technologies. We have over a decade of experience working for large clients in Poland and abroad.

Currently we are recruiting for the position: Business Development Manager IT (f/m/d)

If you:

  • Have at least 3 years of experience in successful sales of IT services and technology projects.
  • Move fluently between different cooperation models (Body Leasing T&M projects fixed price managed services).
  • Can be a partner for the client you dont just sell but you advise on optimal solutions.
  • Can independently initiate contact (cold outreach) and reach decision-makers in large organizations.
  • Have excellent commercial negotiation skills and effectively finalize contracts and close deals supported by specific numbers.
  • Take responsibility for your actions are independent and well-organized.
  • Speak English fluently (C1) and have experience working with foreign/international clients.

And maybe additionally:

  • You have technological knowledge in the IT area in particular: AI / Big Data microservices (Kubernetes) cloud solutions (Cloud) You dont have to be a developer but we want you to feel comfortable talking about these technologies with a CTO.
  • You can boast success in sales for medium and large companies in the telecommunications insurance energy and financial sectors.

With us you will:

  • Actively acquire new contacts prospecting cold outreach meetings with decision-makers (CTO IT Manager Procurement).
  • Identify the needs of new and existing clients that we can address with our solutions and competencies.
  • Manage your sales funnel from the first contact to signing the contract.
  • Sell a full range of IT services: from highly specialized Body Leasing to complex projects built from scratch.
  • Track market and competitor trends to adapt the offer to client needs.
  • Realistically co-create the sales departments strategy influencing the shape of products services and the companys marketing communication.
  • Participate in the companys marketing and sales promotion activities.
