What is Required

• High School diploma or GED required

• Current State license as a Licensed Practical Nurse required

• 1 year of nursing experience working in a hospital or facility

• Excellent communication organizational and computer skills

• Valid drivers license and insurance

• Reliable transportation to perform job tasks

You will report to the Director of Nursing or Clinical Administrator.
