Duties:
Data entry: Alumni Database address updates coding projects
Outbound Calling: Call alumni and friends to invite them to events and ask for philanthropic support for UWSP.
Mail preparation: Assist in creating alumni mailersevent invites table displays
General office duties greeting guests answering phones filing
Qualifications:
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel database entry word processing accuracy
Knowledge of Windows and Outlook
Experience with a CRM desirable but not required
Experience in graphic design desirable but not required
Tour guide training desirable but not required
