If you are aEuropeanresident and if you have a bachelors ormasters degree inArchitectureCivil Engineering(ora similar field)and/or professional experience of working with BIMyou are eligible to apply and we are looking forward to receiving your application!
The ASSA ABLOYEntrance Systems Graduate Program will start inSeptember 2026 andwill run for a total of 24 months on a permanent contract.
We promise that you will get to know our company as well as to learn from specialists in the industry. You will be part of the day-to-day business andbe workingin dedicated and engaged teams. The first 6 months you will spend in the country where you arerecruited andthenrelocatefor your first international placement in a second country for about 6 months followedby another placement for anadditional6 months in a third country. This set up will give you a solid understanding of what it is like to work in an international environment as well as invaluable experience from working in different countries and cultures with all that brings.
The 4 assignments can potentially be covering both technicalmodellingtasks and marketing and sales initiatives. To give you an idea ofpossible assignments you find below some examples:
Support with BIM modelling helpcreatingparametric models for our products based on product datasheets and technical information.
Support local markets with BIM leads collect available dataanalyzeand distribute across marketing and sales teams.
Be involved in client projects in key markets work together with local sales and understand what the requirements are specifications and challenges ourcustomersare facing in BIM.
Explore initiatives that connect BIM and sustainability test the potential of generating LCA calculations using BIM models.
Provide training in BIM to local markets organizeworkshops and work closely with sales teams helping them understand BIM and how to support ourcustomers.
During the Program you will be in continuous contact with your dedicated mentor and you will also be assigned a local host who will help youto settlein wherever you go. Webelieve that people make it all happen and want to see you get a good start with us! Together with your mentor and the rest of the Program team you will discover your strengths and developmentareas andtogether figure out what would be the best step for you after graduating from the Program and where in the organization you would be able to continue grow both yourself and ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems. The Graduate Program is only the beginning!
