Performance Objectives for Year One:

• Drive Strategic New Business: Proactively identify prospect and convert net-new enterprise clients within the retail media and consumer ecosystems consistently exceeding assigned revenue and margin targets.
• Expand Existing Accounts: Develop and execute strategic account plans for the existing client base elevating relationships from vendor to trusted advisor and maximizing lifetime client value through insight-led solution upselling.
• Lead Solution Design & Pitching: Collaborate closely with internal product and analytics teams to translate complex client challenges into compelling customized data solutions successfully delivering engaging product demonstrations and proposals to senior stakeholders.
• Optimize the Commercial Funnel: Build and actively manage a robust high-yield sales pipeline demonstrating disciplined funnel management and utilizing CRM tools to forecast accurately and shorten the sales cycle.
