Business Systems Analyst II

The Business Systems Analyst ll will play a key role in managing business-critical pricing sales and partner enablement platforms within Resideos global Smart Home Technologies organization. This role involves overseeing daytoday operations of the PROS Pricing platform managing cross-functional technology initiatives and serving as a bridge between business stakeholders technical teams and external partners. The ideal candidate brings strong functional expertise across systems such as Salesforce (SFDC) SAP Impartner and SAP Callidus combined with excellent analytical coordination and testing skills.

In addition there will be opportunities to learn and grow skills in the P&S Data Hub Snowflake ecosystem and be able to provide valuable end user support in conjunction with the global team and third party support organization.

JOB DUTIES:

• Provide technical and functional support for core commercial and customer data platforms including Salesforce (SFDC) PROS Pricing SAP Callidus ImPartner Cypher and the Snowflake ecosystem.

• Analyze system behavior data flows and integrations (including REST APIs) to troubleshoot issues and ensure reliable end-to-end processes.

• Partner with IT teams vendors and business users to coordinate incident resolution enhancements and system improvements.

• Perform functional analysis for system changes; create and execute test scripts smoke tests and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Validate solutions against business requirements to ensure high-quality deployments.

• Act as a bridge between technical and business teams providing clear communication training and subject matter expertise for supported platforms.

YOU MUST HAVE:

• 25 years of experience in technical delivery systems analysis or application support roles.
• Hands-on experience with at least one enterprise platform such as Salesforce & PROS.
• Strong experience in functional testing including test case creation and execution.
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Ability to work effectively with global cross-functional teams across time zones.
• Strong analytical thinking documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English both spoken and written.
