About the Job
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance & Procurement Manager to oversee financial operations and procurement functions across the organization. The role will be responsible for budgeting financial reporting cost control and ensuring efficient sourcing and supply of materials to support project and operational needs.
Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day financial operations including budgeting forecasting and reporting
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and management reports
Monitor cash flow expenses and cost controls across departments and projects
Lead procurement processes including sourcing vendor management and contract negotiations.
Ensure timely procurement of materials and services to support project execution
Maintain and enforce financial and procurement policies procedures and controls
Liaise with auditors banks and regulatory bodies as required.
Evaluate vendor performance and maintain strong supplier relationships
Support management in financial planning and decision-making
Requirements
1. Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Procurement or a related field
2. Professional qualification (CPA/ACCA or equivalent) is required
3. Minimum 5 years experience in finance and procurement related roles
4. Experience in project-based or operational environments (telecom/energy/infrastructure is an added advantage)
5. Strong understanding of financial reporting budgeting and procurement processes
6. Proficiency in accounting systems and Zoho Inventory Projects CRM & Expense
7. Strong analytical negotiation and organizational skills
Required Skills:
1. Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Procurement or a related field 2. Professional qualification (CPA/ACCA or equivalent) is required 3. Minimum 5 years experience in finance and procurement related roles 4. Experience in project-based or operational environments (telecom/energy/infrastructure is an added advantage) 5.
