As a ServiceNow Developer (CIS & CMDB) you will: Design develop and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform Work extensively on CMDB (Configuration Management Database) ensuring data integrity and proper CI relationships Configure and customize ServiceNow modules aligned with business requirements Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow applications and workflows Support integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems Ensure adherence to best practices governance and platform standards What You Bring to the Table: 4-6 years of overall IT experience with strong hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer ServiceNow CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist) certification is preferred Solid experience working with CMDB Discovery and Service Mapping (good to have) Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture scripting (JavaScript) and platform capabilities Experience in customizing forms workflows business rules client scripts and UI policies Good knowledge of integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) You Should Possess the Ability to: Analyze business requirements and provide scalable technical solutions Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues efficiently Work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders Ensure data quality consistency and governance within CMDB Continuously learn and adapt to new ServiceNow features and updates What We Bring to the Table: Opportunity to work on enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations Exposure to advanced modules like CMDB and CIS domains Collaborative and growth-oriented work environment Opportunities for continuous learning and certification support Lets Connect Want to discuss this opportunity in more detail Feel free to reach out.
