ARSIEM is looking for a Systems Engineer 2 to provide hands-on Architecture Systems Integration and Systems Administration. This position will support one of our government clients in Laurel MD.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on Architecture Systems Integration and systems administration in support of JCMA activities.
- Integrate RF communication systems to enable the monitoring for COMSEC vulnerabilities.
- Work closely with mission operators and developers to provide innovative solutions to difficult problems.
- Perform a variety of systems engineering tasks centered on technical problem solving requirements specification process development risk analysis and solutions design to advance cybersecurity mission success.
- Assist with the installation of RF equipment servers and networking equipment to include managing data center requirements
- Support data path engineering efforts.
- Identify new and existing products technologies and/or architectures to solve design development and operational problems.
- Some travel within the United States will be required to support equipment delivery and installation requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
- A Doctoral degree and no experience
- A Masters degree plus 3 years of relevant experience or
- A Bachelors degree plus 5 years of relevant experience or
- An Associates degree plus 7 years of relevant experience or
- A High School diploma/GED plus 9 years of relevant experience may be considered for individuals with in-depth experience that is clearly related to the position.

- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience with corporate data flows
$127000 - $143000 a year
The ARSIEM pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job education experience knowledge skills and abilities as well as internal equity alignment with market data applicable bargaining agreement (if any) or other laws.

Clearance Requirement: This position requires an active TS/SCI with a polygraph. You must be a U.S. Citizen for consideration.
