Job Description:

Overview:
The EUC Engineer will be responsible for supporting and enhancing the organizations end-user computing environment ensuring reliability performance and security of desktop and virtual workspace solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and support Windows desktop and laptop environments
Administer and maintain VDI platforms (Citrix VMware Horizon etc.)
Perform software packaging deployment and patch management
Troubleshoot OS application and hardware-related issues
Work with Active Directory Group Policy and endpoint security tools
Automate tasks using scripting (PowerShell preferred)
Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams for continuous improvements

Required Skills:

Strong experience with Windows OS and desktop engineering
Hands-on expertise in VDI technologies (Citrix VMware)
Knowledge of Active Directory Group Policy and endpoint tools
Scripting experience (PowerShell or similar)
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
