Job Summary

Teacher/English as Second Language (ESL)

TheESL Teacher will guide English language learners toward gaining proficiency in listening speaking reading and writing. Students will then be able to utilize those skills to function successfully in the mainstream classroom and in the community. The applicant should demonstrate strong communication skills and a desire to be a collaborative teammate with others in the school.This Full Time position DOES include benefits.

Applicants must have a current valid educator license with with K-12 English as a Second Language (ESL) endorsement OR willing to seek appropriate endorsement. Must have strong written verbal presentation and interpersonal skills. Must have satisfactory background/fingerprint checks as required by the Tennessee State Department of Education and state law. Must meet health and physical requirements.
