Job Description:
As an Integration and Test Engineer you will be responsible for testing troubleshooting overhaul calibrating and repair of technically complex mechanical electro-mechanical and electronic antenna instruments using available documentation repair manuals schematic diagrams technical publications work instructions and engineering drawings.


Essential Functions:
Primary responsibilities include testing troubleshooting and repair of complex RF antenna systems.
Document test findings and diagnose and analyze problems utilizing a variety of test equipment.
Provides input for process improvements and development of top-level test procedures.
Develop subassembly test procedures as needed.
Construct calibrate adjust test and maintain equipment we use to support RF testing/tuning.
Validate functionality of units under test and test equipment.
Working knowledge of statistical process control as applied to related assembly inspection and test processes.
Work from drawings diagrams customer specifications schematics and/or test procedures.
Utilizing a variety of test equipment. Network analyzers Noise figure meters Signal generators Spectrum analyzers Digital Multimeters.
Utilize methodical and logical reasoning processes to resolve complex technical issues.
Maintain accurate records fill out logs accurately and explain defects found clearly and concisely.

Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related lieu of a degree minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance

Preferred Additional Skills:
Proficiently operate RF test equipment.
Working knowledge of electronic theory relating to RF transmission power and data circuitry.
Assemble and test RF Coax phase matched cables.
Troubleshoot RF Power and Data circuits to the component level.
Ability to execute RF Sensitivity testing.
Experience within a high-paced production manufacturing environment.
Understanding of drawings RF technical specifications configuration management and change management practices.
Ability to work effectively on a team.
Excellent written oral presentation and team skills.
Experience working with DOD Government or other agencies.
