Operations Assistant Time & Attendance

Seeking a Time & Attendance Operations Assistant to support our USA Parkway warehouse operations.

Job Summary

The Time & Attendance Coordinator is responsible for monitoring employee time records ensuring accurate payroll data and maintaining compliance with company attendance policies. This role partners closely with Human Resources supervisors and employees to resolve timekeeping issues track attendance trends and support payroll processing.

Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain employee time and attendance records within the timekeeping system
  • Review timecards for accuracy including missing punches and attendance discrepancies
  • Communicate with supervisors and employees to resolve timekeeping issues promptly
  • Track employee attendance tardiness and absences in accordance with company policy
  • Maintain documentation related to attendance and corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations
  • Support leave tracking including PTO sick time and other approved absences
  • Generate weekly attendance reports for management
  • Generate daily headcount reports for management
  • Assist HR and management with attendance-related investigations as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and records

  • Monday: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
  • Tuesday: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
  • Wednesday: 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
  • Thursday: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 13 years of experience in administrative HR payroll or timekeeping roles preferred
  • Experience using ADP is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word and Outlook
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
