Job Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to join a Float Pool team supporting multiple critical care units. This role requires strong adaptability and clinical expertise across high-acuity environments including intensive care and step-down settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in ICU and other critical care units
- Float across ICU ER hold step-down and PACU as needed
- Monitor and manage critically ill patients
- Administer medications and treatments per protocols
- Respond to changes in patient condition promptly
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
- Ensure patient safety and adherence to clinical standards
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of ICU or similar acute care experience
- Active RN license required
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Experience with Epic EMR preferred
- Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills
- Ability to work in high-acuity fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to float across multiple units
