Under the general supervision of the Assistant Registrar the Lead DPR Systems Analyst supports degree audit programming policy interpretation and system enhancements while ensuring accurate curriculum encoding and compliance. The incumbent resolves discrepancies consults with campus partners contributes to system upgrades and maintains documentation and training that promote consistency accuracy and effective audit operations.

  • Programs and maintains rules for all undergraduate transfer coursework including international courses.
  • Ensures that all undergraduate majors General Education requirements University requirements and degree requirements are accurately encoded within uAchieve/DPR (Degree Progress Report) to support student progression and graduation eligibility.
  • Resolves complex audit discrepancies and collaborates with the DPR credential coordinator on advanced coding issues.
  • Interprets academic policy and ensures consistent application within the degree audit system.
  • Writes and maintains UACH/DPR procedures and documentation.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
