Job Summary

Lead the technical governance configuration and optimization of compensation-related systems (Workday 
JDXpert GGS incentive modules) ensuring system integrity automation audit readiness and alignment with 
compensation strategy.

What Your Impact Will Be

  • Define and maintain the Workday Compensation roadmap (enhancements SIP configuration allowances setup).
  • Own configuration and governance of compensation modules during annual and mid-year cycles.
  • Ensure system data integrity validation controls and audit readiness.
  • Govern job architecture systems (JDXpert GGS alignment).
  • Lead technical enhancements to improve automation and reporting accuracy.
  • Support compliance monitoring and control frameworks from a systems perspective.
  • Partner with P&C Tech and Finance for integrations and technical solutions.
     

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For

  • Bachelors Degree Business Admin 
  • 3 years of experience
  • Compensation Tools & Data Utilization Use Workday MarketPay and survey platforms to analyze data and provide insights that support compensation recommendations and program effectiveness. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 
  • Good problem solving and decision-making skills 
  • Workday Core and Advanced
