Job Summary:

The Engineering Manager Software leads a team of software engineers QA engineers Lead Software engineers and Lead QA engineers to deliver scalable secure and compliant data solutions that power healthcare SaaS role combines strategic leadership with deep technical expertise in cloud-native development healthcare compliance and AI integration. The Engineering Manager will drive innovation ensure alignment with organizational goals and foster a high-performing engineering culture.

The manager collaborates cross-functionally to integrate intelligent data capabilities into products and ensures alignment with healthcare compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Leadership & Scalable Architecture

Expertise in cloud-native development (e.g. microservices containers CI/CD).

Ability to architect secure scalable systems that meet healthcare standards like HIPAA HL7 and FHIR.

2. AI Integration & Innovation

Experience integrating AI/ML into SaaS platforms for predictive analytics clinical decision support and operational efficiency.

Familiarity with AI model lifecycle management and cloud platforms (Azure AWS GCP).

3. Healthcare Compliance & Security

Deep understanding of healthcare regulations (HIPAA GDPR FHIR).

Ability to implement secure coding practices and data protection measures.

4. Strategic Execution & Agile Delivery

Proficiency in agile and DevOps methodologies.

Capable of aligning engineering efforts with business goals and managing complex project lifecycles.

5. Team Development & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Required Qualifications:

Education & Experience

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.

15 years in software engineering with at least 5 years in leadership roles.

Proven track record in managing engineering teams and delivering enterprise-grade SaaS solutions.

Experience with AI/ML cloud platforms and healthcare interoperability standards.
