Job Summary
Core Responsibilities
Technical Procedures & SOP Development
o Author structure and maintain engineering SOPs technical procedures
work instructions and process flow documents covering:
Engineering project execution
Design validation and review processes
Change management (ECR / ECO)
Interface with sales purchasing production quality and logistics
o Convert existing engineering practices into formal standardized and
auditable documentation.

o Define and document end-to-end engineering workflows including task

o Align documentation with Beckers multi-level engineering review and
governance model.
o Support harmonization of engineering processes across global offices and
time zones.

ERP & Digital Workflow Integration
o Document engineering processes as executed in Odoo ERP including:
Project setup and task allocation
Engineering lifecycle tracking
Documentation control and revision management
Work closely with engineering and ERP stakeholders to ensure
procedures remain aligned with system capabilities.

Quality Compliance & Audit Support
o Ensure all procedures comply with internal quality standards customer
requirements and applicable industry norms.
o Structure documentation to support internal audits customer audits and
external compliance reviews.
o Maintain clear version control revision history and approval records.
Cross Functional Collaboration
o Work closely with:
Engineering teams (design application automation)
Project management
Quality and manufacturing
Regional engineering leads
o Facilitate workshops and interviews with engineers to extract tacit knowledge and convert it into structured documentation.
o Ensure all procedures comply with internal quality standards customer
requirements and applicable industry norms.
