Join our Marketing Team as a Marketing Clerk located in our Miami office.

We are seeking a professional and polished individual who thrives in a fast-paced high-volume environment. The ideal candidate is organized detail-oriented and proactive with strong communication and research skills. A collaborative mindset reliability and discretion are essential to success in this role.

This role will be based in our Miami office on an in-office basis. Regular in-office presence is required for day-to-day operations as well as for team meetings training opportunities and relationship building. This role reports to Elaine Walker Director of Media Relations and Communications.

Position Summary

The Marketing Clerk is responsible for providing administrative research data management and communications support to the firmwide marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform administrative duties including preparing reports tracking data and assisting with marketing-related projects

• Handle the distribution of invitations and client communications

Qualifications

Skills & Competencies

• Extremely organized and detail-oriented

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work under pressure

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong research and analytical abilities

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

• High level of professionalism and discretion

Technology

• Proficiency with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365 (Word Excel Outlook)

• Familiarity with digital document management systems (e.g. FileSite) preferred
