OES Sales Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a OES Aftermarket Sales Executive who can:
- Build and sustain healthy long term relationships with OES customers and represent DENSO as key account interface
- Maximize the OES potential derived from DENSO OE Share and find new business opportunitys to grow the business.
- Coordinate the business projects from commercial point of view.
- Ensure Sales and Profit targets are achieved
These will be your responsibilities:
- Customer Key Account management (Excellent relationship based on Win/Win trust and reliability)
- Ensure Sales & Profit target are achieved (via Monthly PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) and proper Price and profit management
- Customer financial management
- Ensure customer contracts are in place (Negotiate contract terms & conditions)
- Preparation of annual Sales plan and contribution to annual G&O (Goal and Objectives) creation
- Strategic market analysis
- Creation sales leads and propose and execute actions to achieve annual plan and MTP (Mid Term Plan) direction.
- Making & negotiation commercial customer offers (Request for Quotation)
- As Sales Executive coordinate the cross-departmental project (planning quotation development & intro and full life cycle) whilst securing excellent stakeholder management within DENSO Global international environment.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor or University degree in business or engineering field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years of experience overall and in project management
- Good English language skills Dutch and other languages are an asset
- A strong interest in or good knowledge of Automotive Aftermarket industry
- Affinity with product development
- Ability to influence and convince others and find solutions
- Strong analytic and business strategy skills
- Able to cooperate in a multicultural environment understanding of the Japanese business culture
- Proactive & able to work autonomously whilst being a team player
- Diplomatic mature ability to deal with long term negotiation process
- Networking & commercial skills
- Literate in Microsoft Office suite (in particular Xls PowerBI Outlook & Ppt) experience with ERP systems MS project & CRM tools
- Driver license
