Inside Sales Representative III IVA

Summary: The Inside Sales Representative III serves as a senior liaison between our customers and our company translating highly complex customer needs into winning proposals for new products systems applications and WIP jobs. This role requires an expert understanding of customer requirements the ability to select and size appropriate solutions negotiate competitive prices from suppliers and present compelling offers to customers. The Inside Sales Representative III focuses on providing solutions for multiple product lines and/or applications and facilitates quotations for parts and buy-out items as :Develop and maintain an expert knowledge of the companys services product lines sales territories product applications and pricing and apply OEM relationships to the Customer Solutions process and submit customer orders Quoting products and assemblies. Quoting multiple product lines within the with Account Managers Operations and Production Coordinators to address highly complex customer service and maintain customer trust in the company as a quality value-added solutions Inside Sales Representatives and Managers within the vertical and other vertical teams with similar duties and and train junior and intermediate sales representatives within the special projects and initiatives to improve sales processes and customer complex capital Requirements & Qualifications:Education & Experience:Bachelors degree in business or engineering preferred or equivalent technical school at least 4-6 years of experience in a customer-facing role within the relevant & Abilities:Proficiency in quality standardization procedures and computer of advanced computer-based technical of applicable product type instructor-led technical completion of advanced customer experience completion of shop orientation hours for assigned product completion of the level III assessments for the assigned product written and verbal communication knowledge of valves and related understanding of the chemical refining and power knowledge of Microsoft Office mechanical to perform job functions with minimal background check and drug/alcohol Physical FunctionsLifting up to 25 poundsBending stooping ability to stand for extended periods of timeMust be able to travel and have a clear driving record in accordance to company driving guidelinesThis job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of the work being performed.
