Job Summary
This position ensures a safe clean and enjoyable swimming environment while assisting guests and maintaining pool facilities.
Qualifications :
Key Responsibilities
- Safety and Supervision: Monitor the pool area enforce safety rules and assist swimmers in danger when necessary.
- Pool Maintenance: Clean the pool deck furniture and accessories; test and balance water chemicals; perform routine inspections.
- Guest Assistance: Welcome guests provide towels shade refreshments and respond to inquiries or requests.
- Setup and Organization: Arrange loungers umbrellas and other poolside furniture; ensure the area is neat and organized.
- Reporting: Notify supervisors of hazards damages or incidents; maintain records of pool maintenance and guest activity.
