Office Assistant

Visiting Angels provides in-home care services to seniors throughout Central Ohio enabling them to stay at home and live indepedently.

Were looking for an Office Assistant to workapproximately 16-20 hours/week. (private desk and office provided!) You will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our senior care services. We value a warm friendly atmosphere and are looking for someone compassionate and uplifting who enjoys finding things to do and getting things done!

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Office:Provide valuable assistance to our managers and director with various administrative tasks including scheduling data entry and report generation.
• Field Support:Help procure necessary supplies and materials for our caregiving team and distribute important information to field employees. Mileage will be reimbursed for travel related to supply delivery.
• Recruitment Support:Assist the recruitment manager with tasks related to hiring such as completing reference checks organizing interviews and ensuring that all required documentation is in order.
• Client Care Introductions:Accompany caregivers in the field to perform introductions to new clients. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure youre comfortable and confident in this role.

Qualifications:

• Prior administrative experience(health field a plus)is required
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Compassionate and friendly demeanor
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (mileage will be reimbursed)
• HS Diploma is required further education is a plus but not required
