About the Role

The working scope is local representative of global sales excellence facilitate CG APAC RFx pursuits process managing pursuit pipeline organize pursuits activities like PEM meeting in CG APAC etc. Also drive deep dive China local pursuits localize process for regional market.

This position is quite important to support future CG APAC growth expect candidate with enough process management experience pursuit experience or business development experience.

What You Will Do

• Facilitate CG APAC (CAM China and Korea) RFx pursuits process cooperate and guide local RFx team and global team from early engagement (M1) STECO (M1) GRO (M2)
• Bridge between CG APAC and global team to sync up pursuits status align process
• As expert of sales tool (salesforce) guide local team to maintain all purusuits status and summarize report for management review
• Host CG APAC PEM meeting and facilitate China local pursuits deep dive tracking follow up actions
• Also could be possible to lead RFx activities in case special situation

What You Need to Be Successful

• Bachelors degree Master degree is a plus
• 5 years experience in senior positions from engineering program management business development sales/account in automotive industry
• Proven leadership and managerial skills capable of independently managing a team during multiple phases of the project lifecycle able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English
• Experience in the automotive industry and familiarity with complex international matrix organizations
