(Internal Title: Project Management II)

  • Implement and manage the assigned program elements from inception through to completionin close collaboration with the Program Manager
  • Develop new project plans and reporting materials including project charters records monthly updates and quarterly dashboards in consultation with the required stakeholders including clients
  • Acting as a shared resource within an integrated project delivery environment work in collaboration with the Project Manager to identify and utilize the required human and material resources to complete assigned tasks successfully
  • Assist in formulation and administration of a resource allocation strategy to guide distribution of work and budgets
  • Exercise authority in managing the assigned work and support the delivery of the project per the project plan
  • Contribute to staff performance by ensuring excellence and adherence to specified deadlines
  • Review and ensure observance of the overall scope schedule and budget
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies and contingency plans in consultation with assigned Project Management III or higher
  • Track monitor and report on performance against project requirements schedule milestones budgets quality measures and KPIs
  • Initiate project effectiveness by consulting with clients project staff and assigned Program Manager
  • Consult with the assigned Program Manager to seek guidance and input during the key phases of a project
  • Complete any tasks assigned by Project Manager in an efficient and timely manner

Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Management or a similar role
  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field
  • Must have a recognized certification such as PMI Project Management ReadyTM and Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)

  • Must have demonstrated experience relaying and receiving information (written and verbal)

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors which may include but are not limited to the specific office location role skill set and level of experience. As required by local law Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation based on full-time employment for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role. It does not represent a maximum limit in some cases actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.
