AMERICAN SYSTEMS is seeking a Systems Administrator Senior to support the NISSC 3 program at Raven Rock Pennsylvania. This position delivers technical and operational support for mission systems by providing onsite and oncall coverage for system administration troubleshooting maintenance and user support in a TS/SCI environment. The Systems Support Specialist will help ensure operational readiness data integrity and highquality reporting in coordination with program leadership and stakeholders

Deliver onsite and oncall technical and operational support for mission systems at Raven Rock including system administration monitoring and health checks.
Perform troubleshooting and corrective actions for hardware software network and system performance issues.
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance including software patches updates configuration changes and performance tuning.
Provide firstline user support and training for system access basic operations and issue resolution.
Collect maintain and update operational logs incident and deficiency reports and checklists in accordance with program and security standards.
Perform incident response including initial triage escalation coordination with highertier support and closure documentation.
Execute backup and restore operations to ensure data integrity availability and continuity of operations.
Support system administration and database support tasks as needed to maintain operational environments.
Oversee procedural compliance and ensure all records logs and reports meet required operational security and audit requirements.
Act as a technical resource for performance optimization data integrity continuity of operations and support of management status reporting.

710 years of relevant experience in systems or network administration systems support or similar technical roles in secure missioncritical (DoD or similar) environments.
Strong leadership capabilities in directing project/task execution across domains such as maintenance integration and data management.
Experience in resource allocation monitoring progress and ensuring quality deliverables to drive task success.
Demonstrated ability to resolve operational issues and provide precise timely status updates to management and stakeholders.
Experience managing schedules and aligning tasks with program objectives to support integrated operations across functional domains.
Strong documentation skills for logs incident reports configuration and asset records and technical documentation.

Bachelors degree in Information Technology Cybersecurity Computer Science Information Systems Data Science Software Engineering or a closely related field
OR Equivalent DoD/Military training in systems administration network operations or a related technical discipline.

Minimum: Active TS/SCI clearance required to start.

Holds a DoD 8140 qualifying certification; one or more of the following (or equivalent) is required/preferred:
Cloud
GSEC
Security
SSCP
