We are seeking a talented and experienced Supply Chain Planner to join our team for a 12-month contract. As the Supply Chain Planner you will be responsible for the tactical execution of replenishment and tolling planning processes playing a crucial role in optimizing inventory levels and ensuring timely replenishment of materials. Reporting to the Planning Team Leader this position involves collaboration with diverse stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency.
Essential Job Functions:
Develop and maintain effective replenishment plans based on analysis of key supply and demand factors
Collaborate with MRP raw material planning procurement and suppliers to provide accurate raw material requirements aligned with production needs
Keep replenishment orders and tolling plans updated at all times ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Collaborate cross-functionally to balance supply and demand requirements and optimize product flow and inventory at a tactical level
Track monitor and report relevant KPIs for responsible areas
Contribute to weekly supply reviews highlighting risks proposing mitigation options and escalating issues impacting operational efficiency
Propose and monitor inventory targets to achieve optimal balance between customer service cost and working capital
Plan replenishment and tolling activities to meet targets escalating issues impacting inventory control to business stakeholders
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain Logistics Operations Management Engineering or equivalent; Masters degree preferred
Business fluent in English
Demonstrable experience within a similar MRP planning role ideally within the chemical industry or any other manufacturing organization
APICS (CPIM) Certification is a plus
Proven experience in replenishment and tolling planning with a focus on tactical execution
Proficiency in SAP MS Excel and Power BI
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement
