Position: E-Commerce / Marketplace Coordinator

Salary: R8K R10K CTC Per month (before deductions). A pension fund contribution will be deducted from this salary.

Area: Woodstock CPT (will only consider candidates already settled in CPT)

Type of position: Permanent and based in office.

Our client is recruiting for anE-commerce / Marketplace Coordinatorto join their E-commerce team reporting toE-Commerce Key Account Manager.

This is a fast-paced hands-on role focused onmarketplace administration customer query handling order and dispatch tracking listing maintenance and coordination across online platforms.

Core responsibilities

• Handling inbound customer calls and follow-ups relating to orders deliveries rebookings and escalations
• Managing customer emails through the general info inbox
• Liaising daily with marketplace representatives
• Sending daily operational reports
• Tracking orders and dispatch entries across platforms
• Assisting with listing creation updates removals and reinstatements
• Escalating marketplace issues and helping resolve order listing and delivery problems
• Supporting dispatch and allocation processes across relevant systems
• Assisting with process improvements and document updates

Platform exposure preferred

• Takealot
• Amazon SA / Amazon UK
• Tesco exposure advantageous
• Experience with seller portals / booking systems / dispatch-linked systems preferred

• Is highly organised and detail-oriented

• Has strong follow-up and problem-solving ability
• Is comfortable dealing with customers internal teams and external platform representatives
• Can manage multiple priorities and escalate issues appropriately
