Salesforce Developer Consultant-

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce professional to design develop and implement scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce core features integrations and modern development practices along with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement solutions using Salesforce Lightning Platform
• Configure and customize Salesforce features such as flows and approval processes
• Manage environment setup deployments and CI/CD pipelines
• Ensure adherence to security best practices and quality assurance standards
• Develop and maintain system integrations using standard integration patterns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile (SCRUM) environment
• Troubleshoot debug and optimize existing Salesforce implementations
• Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation within the team

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of Salesforce out-of-the-box features especially Lightning Platform
• Hands-on experience with Flows and Approval Processes
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools
• Experience in environment setup and release management
• Solid understanding of Salesforce security model and QA processes
• Experience with integration patterns and external system integrations
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies particularly SCRUM
• Ability to work independently with a high level of ownership and accountability

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Apex tooling
• Knowledge of Salesforce Shield
• Familiarity with AutoRABIT
• Experience with Salesforce DX and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Exposure to Microsoft Azure platform
