Summary:
The Customer Resolution Admin will be responsible for investigating and resolving customer complaints ensuring a high-quality and timely service. The role involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather information identify root causes and deliver effective resolutions while maintaining excellent customer experience standards.
Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner
- Deliver high-quality written and verbal communication in line with organisational standards
- Aim to resolve complaints at the first point of contact wherever possible
- Analyse complex information to identify root causes and make evidence-based decisions
- Follow established procedures and policies to manage and resolve cases
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support investigations
Essentials:
- Experience in a frontline customer service role ideally within a contact centre environment
- Experience handling complaint investigations preferably within a regulated environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
