Job Summary
The School Psychologist will support students across multiple school settings by providing psychological assessments and contributing to special education services. This role focuses primarily on evaluations and collaboration with educational teams to support student success.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments for students.
- Participate in eligibility determination and Individualized Education Program (IEP) processes.
- Collaborate with teachers administrators and support staff to address student needs.
- Provide recommendations for educational and behavioral interventions.
- Maintain accurate documentation and evaluation reports.
- Support compliance with special education regulations and guidelines.
Work Environment
- School-based setting across multiple campuses (elementary middle and high school levels)
- Itinerant role with assignments across select locations (schedule determined prior to start)
- Collaborative team-oriented educational environment
Schedule
- Day shift (7.5-hour shifts)
- Full-time schedule (5 days per week)
Required Qualifications
- Active School Psychologist license (state-specific required at submission)
- Experience in school-based psychological services preferred
- Strong assessment documentation and collaboration skills
