Position Overview
KRE Security LLC is hiring a Part-Time Security Officer for a consistent Saturday and Sunday second shift assignment (2:00 PM 10:00 PM) in Philadelphia PA. This is a permanent non-rotating weekend schedule ideal for dependable individuals seeking stable part-time hours.
Officers will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment through gate control patrol duties and incident response.

- No rotating shifts
- Stable permanent post assignment
What Youll Be Doing
- Provide a professional security presence at the assigned client site
- Monitor entrances and exits throughout the property
- Control access and verify authorized personnel visitors and vendors
- Conduct routine patrols of the premises and surrounding areas
- Observe and report safety or security concerns
- Respond to incidents disturbances and emergencies as needed
- Enforce post orders and client policies
- Complete accurate incident and daily activity reports using Belfry Software
- Maintain clear communication with supervisors clients and team members
Example report entry:
Routine patrol completed. Gate access monitored. No incidents observed during shift.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and observation skills
- Professional appearance and dependable work ethic
- Ability to remain alert for extended periods
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Security military or law enforcement experience preferred but not required
- Must pass a background check

Compensation & Benefits
- Starting Pay: $16.00/hour
- Part-Time: 1624 hours/week (weekends only)
- Overtime available when applicable by law
- Paid training provided
- 24 hours of PTO earned after probationary period (if eligible)
- Health benefits available for full-time employees (30 hours/week) after 6 months
