Job Summary
Job Title: Female Nurse
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care in a clinical or hospital setting. The ideal candidate should possess sound clinical knowledge excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to patient care and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care based on standardized nursing practices and protocols.
Administer medications injections IV therapy and monitor patient reactions and progress.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
Assist doctors during rounds treatments and emergency situations.
Monitor patient vitals assess symptoms and report critical changes immediately.
Prepare patients for diagnostic tests and surgical procedures.
Educate patients and their families regarding health management and post-treatment care.
Ensure a clean and sterile environment in compliance with infection control policies.
Operate medical equipment and perform routine nursing procedures with precision.
Provide emotional support and ensure patient comfort during treatment.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing ( Nursing) from a recognized institution.
Registration with the Nursing Council (State/National).
Valid nursing license (if applicable for overseas recruitment).
Strong clinical and nursing knowledge.
Good communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
Compassionate patient-centered approach.
Ability to work under pressure and in shifts.
Familiarity with hospital software or EMR systems.
Critical thinking and quick decision-making in emergencies.
Excellent interpersonal skills for patient and team interactions.
