An exciting opportunity has become available for a Sales Agronomist Horticulture to join our Windsor team. This role will support growers across the Hawkesbury region working closely with customers to provide trusted agronomic advice and drive sustainable profitable outcomes across horticultural and intensive cropping systems.
What Youll Do:
Reporting to the Branch Manager you will develop strong customer relationships grow market share and promote a broad range of AgriWest products and services while contributing to the overall performance of the branch.
- Building strong long-term relationships with horticulture and intensive cropping customers
- Providing agronomic advice across nutrition crop protection irrigation and production systems
- Identifying opportunities to drive production & grow sales in horticulture products and services
- Supporting customers with on-farm visits and seasonal planning
- Contributing to forecasting budgeting and branch performance targets
- Promoting Agriwest at field days industry events and local forums
- Working collaboratively with branch teams and supplier partners
What Youll Bring:
- Sales or advisory experience within horticulture and/or agronomy
- Tertiary qualification in Agronomy Horticulture or a related discipline
- Sound understanding of intensive irrigated and high-value cropping systems
- A customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills
- Commercial awareness and confidence in driving sales outcomes
- Current drivers licence and strong computer literacy
