AsaTechnicalSupportSpecialistatFlexspringyouwillworkattheintersectionofclientsupportsoftwaredevelopmentandsystemintegrations.


YouwillpartnercloselywithclientstheSupportteamandtheDevelopmentteamtotroubleshootintegrationissuesdelivertimelyresolutionsandensureahigh-qualitycustomerexperience.


ThisisnotatraditionalITsupportroleyouwillworkwithAPIsdataflowsandsystemintegrationsinarealproductionenvironment.


Throughday-to-daysupportworkandcross-functionalcollaborationyouwilldevelopdeepexpertiseinFlexspringsplatformandthesystemsourclientsrelyon.



WhatYoullDo


  • TroubleshootproductionissuesincustomerintegrationsincludingAPIsdataflowsandsystemconnectivity
  • IdentifyrootcausesandimplementeffectivesolutionswhilemeetingdefinedsupportSLAs
  • Analyzelogsdataandsystembehaviortodiagnoseandresolveintegrationissues
  • Communicateclearlyandprofessionallywithinternalteamsandexternalclientsthroughoutthelifecycleofasupportcase
  • DocumentinvestigationstepsfindingsandresolutionsinSalesforceServiceCloudandprovideregularstatusupdates
  • DrivesupportcasestoresolutionbycollaboratingwithSupportDevelopmentTechnicalConsultantsthird-partypartnersandclients
  • Participateinqualityassuranceactivitiesincludingproductionupdatetestingandpre-releasetesting
  • Identifyprocessgapsandsuggestimprovementstosystemsworkflowsandsupportpractices
  • Participateintheon-callsupportrotationasrequired

  • 3yearsofexperienceintechnicalsupportapplicationsupportorsoftwaresupportwithinaSaaSorsimilarenvironment
  • Experiencewithobject-orientedprogramming(JavaC#Pythonorsimilar)
  • ExperienceworkingwithAPIsintegrationsorsoftwaresystemsinaproductionenvironment
  • Strongproblem-solvingandcriticalthinkingskillswiththeabilitytotroubleshootbothtechnicalandbusinessissues
  • Excellentattentiontodetailandabilitytodiagnoseissuesefficiently
  • Strongcommunicationskillsandacustomer-focusedmindset
  • Self-motivatedcoachableandcollaborativewiththeabilitytoworkeffectivelyinaremoteteam
