Your New Role and Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Organisational Change Consultant to play a key role in delivering a major digital health transformation for Defence. As part of the Leidos team you will lead and embed change management capability to ensure clinicians and the broader health workforce are prepared supported and confident in adopting a new enterprise Health Knowledge Management System.
In this role you will translate OCM strategy into practical on-the-ground change and engagement activities working closely with clinical stakeholders and project teams across a complex highprofile environment. With a strong focus on people process and technology impacts you will help drive readiness manage adoption risks and support successful transition to future ways of working.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver organisational change management activities to support a major digital health transformation for Defence
Assess and manage change impacts across people process technology and systems with a strong clinical focus
Develop and execute change engagement and communication activities aligned to the JP2060 OCM Strategy
Translate OCM strategy into practical site and stakeholderspecific change activities
Support business readiness adoption and transition through targeted stakeholder engagement and clinical networks
Identify monitor and manage adoption risks and issues escalating insights and recommendations as required
Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and provide advice on peoplerelated and clinical change risks
About You and What Youll Bring
Formal qualifications in Change Management Communications or a related discipline
Demonstrated experience delivering organisational change management on complex programs or initiatives
Proven experience supporting business and/or clinical change including engagement and communication activities in digital or technologyenabled environments
Experience working within complex stakeholder environments with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
Strong professional capability in written verbal and interpersonal communication suitable for engaging senior operational and clinical stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to contribute effectively as part of a collaborative team with a positive and adaptable approach to delivery
This role does require the successful applicant to be an Australian Citizen and hold a Baseline security clearance.
