Duration: Contract - 13 Weeks
Role Overview
A healthcare facility is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide outpatient rehabilitation services. The role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care improving mobility and supporting recovery across a diverse patient population.
Schedule
- Shift: 8-hour day shifts
- Guaranteed: 36 hours/week (up to 40 hours expected)
- Overtime must be pre-approved by the director
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal and functional impairments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Manage a high-volume outpatient caseload efficiently
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Float to other clinics as required
Patient Load & Productivity
- Expected: 60 visits per week
- Daily Caseload: 1214 patients
- Double-booking of follow-up visits expected
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license (state-specific requirement)
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Outpatient experience preferred
- Open to new graduates
- First-time travelers accepted

- Local candidates (within 50 miles) are accepted
