As a Security Officer Driver Patrol Operations in Plymouth MN you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer in a healthcare location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas support access-related activity and provide outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid drivers our agile reliable and innovative team you will help promote a welcoming environment through teamwork integrity and a people-first approach to security-related responsibilities.

Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $19.48 / Hour

Candidates MUST have a valid drivers license with at least one year of driving history

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff visitors and patients by carrying out site-specific procedures access screening and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents disturbances and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings parking areas and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances exits and sensitive areas verifying access permissions and reporting unusual activity hazards and/or policy violations according to site protocols.
• Support daily operations by maintaining a visible presence assisting with directions and general inquiries and completing required reports related to incidents patrols and security-related events.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
