About the Role

As an Assistant Bar Manager - Lobster Bar & Grill you will be focusing on delivering exceptional dining experiences by ensuring timely courteous and professional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Bar; co-ordinate with the Chef in sections appointed on planning of promotions menu planning budget control and staff training.
• Provide leadership and direction to staff in delivering excellent service in line with hotel service standards and exceed guests expectations.
• Create new ideas and recommend changes to constantly improve our service standards.
• Ensure that all materials equipment and machinery are properly used and regularly cleaned in order to prolong usage.
• Ensure general maintenance of sections appointed and follow up on work order forms with Engineering department.
• Ensure that staff are aware of and applies the procedures concerning hotel fire and life safety / emergency procedures.
• Review guest feedback / critique forms / log books on operational issues / P&L statement.

About You

• Minimum 5 years relevant working experience; with 2 years of experience in supervisory level at large scale of restaurant operation.
• Service-oriented with outgoing personality.
• Innovative and strong sense of market trends.
• Presentable with strong leadership skills.
• Proactive customer and business oriented.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent command of English Cantonese and Putonghua.
