About the Role
As a Flower Shop Supervisor you will be handling floral arrangements and maintaining all floral displays throughout the Hotel.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrange and maintain floral displays for the Hotel lobby public areas guestrooms and F&B outlets.
- Ensure all floral products are presented with high quality creativity and contemporary design.
- Conduct daily touch-ups and upkeep of all floral arrangements on display.
- Handle guest flower orders professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of flower ordering receiving and distribution for guestrooms public areas F&B outlets and event services.
About You
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in floral arrangement or flower shop operations preferably in Hotels or luxury floral retail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel.
- Strong creativity with a good sense of design and aesthetics.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
