General Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Manager in planning and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales target

• Manage all in-store shelfing promotion activity and ordering

• Work closely with internal and external parties for sales order placement inquiries and coordination

• Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns

• Collect market intelligence and feedback to management

• Prepare sales reports and present to senior management.

• 執行客戶店舖內產品管理及陳列促銷活動和訂貨

• 與內部和外部各方緊密合作以處理銷售訂單查詢和協調

• 與市場營銷團隊緊密合作開發和執行市場營銷策略和活動

Leadership Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement

• Lead Field Sales team of 3-4 to achieve sales targets

• Provide regular coaching for sales representatives to enhance their performance

• 監察和分析銷售表現從而提出合適的意見以達到銷售最大化

• 領導3-4人的銷售團隊以實現銷售目標

Job Requirements:

• School Certificate / Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or equivalent qualification

• 5 years field sales experience in dispensary / drugstore with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Preferably within the scope of Personal Care Household categories

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English & Cantonese

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel & Powerpoint)

• Result oriented and possess strong leadership management and collaboration skills.

• 中學文憑 / 高級文憑 / 副學士學位或同等資格

• 5年或以上快速消費品行業藥房銷售經驗其中至少2年以上團隊管理經驗具備銷售個人護理和家居清潔用品工作經驗者獲優先考慮

• 良好英語和廣東話的書面及口語

• 熟練使用Microsoft OfficeWordExcel和PowerPoint
